These Billing Terms explain FolioRush setup charges, recurring hosting charges, payment failures, and cancellation.
Initial charge
Standard FolioRush pricing is $39 at launch: a $29 one-time setup fee plus $10 for the first month of profile hosting.
Monthly renewal
After the first month, profile hosting renews automatically at $10 per month until canceled. By completing a subscription checkout, you authorize the payment method you provide to be charged for recurring monthly hosting until you cancel.
Payment processor
Online payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe. The processor may store and handle your payment credentials under its own terms and privacy policy. FolioRush receives the billing information and status needed to manage your profile subscription.
Renewal timing
Renewals are generally attempted on the monthly anniversary of the subscription or according to the billing schedule displayed by the payment processor. Actual processing dates may vary because of calendar dates, retries, banking delays, or processor rules.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, FolioRush may notify you and allow a grace period of up to 10 calendar days to update or correct payment. A profile may remain live during the grace period. If payment remains unresolved, the profile may be temporarily paused.
Cancellation
You may cancel recurring hosting at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated, service continues through the end of the already-paid billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund details.
Price changes
If FolioRush changes the recurring hosting price for existing customers, we will provide advance notice before the new price is charged and explain any action available to you.
Taxes
Applicable taxes, if any, may be added where required by law and will be shown during checkout or on the applicable billing record.
