These Terms of Service govern your use of FolioRush.com and FolioRush profile-design and hosting services. By submitting information to FolioRush, purchasing a service, or using a FolioRush-hosted profile, you agree to these terms.
1. The FolioRush service
FolioRush is a done-for-you digital profile service. Customers provide information and materials, and FolioRush designs and hosts a shareable web profile. Profiles may include résumé information, photos, links, professional highlights, services, portfolio material, creator information, and other customer-supplied content.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to purchase FolioRush services.
3. Information you provide
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and materials you submit. You represent that you have the right to provide and use any résumé content, photographs, logos, links, portfolio items, or other materials you give us.
4. Permission to build and host your profile
You retain ownership of your original materials. You give FolioRush a limited permission to copy, resize, format, display, and otherwise use those materials as reasonably necessary to design, preview, host, maintain, and support your FolioRush profile.
5. Review and approval
FolioRush provides a private review step before a profile is made public. You are responsible for reviewing the profile for factual accuracy, spelling, links, images, and other customer-specific details before approval.
6. Acceptable content
FolioRush may refuse, remove, or request changes to material that is illegal, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or otherwise unsuitable for the service. FolioRush-hosted pages are intended to remain professional and non-explicit. Creators may be able to link to lawful third-party platforms, including age-restricted platforms, but FolioRush may decline links or content that create legal, safety, payment-provider, hosting-provider, or brand-risk concerns.
7. Fees and subscriptions
Current standard pricing is $29 for profile setup plus $10 for the first month of hosting, for an initial total of $39. Hosting then renews at $10 per month until canceled. Additional or custom work outside the normal profile service may require separate approval and pricing.

8. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel recurring hosting at any time. Refund eligibility and the effect of cancellation are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Profile availability
We work to keep active profiles available, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting issues, security events, third-party outages, legal requirements, or billing status may temporarily affect availability.
10. Third-party services and links
Profiles may link to third-party websites and services. FolioRush does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or transactions. Payment processing may also be provided by a third-party payment processor.
11. Suspension or termination
FolioRush may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, unlawful use, infringement, abuse, security risk, material violation of these terms, or circumstances that make continued hosting unreasonable. When practical, we will attempt to provide notice before taking action.
12. Disclaimer and limitation
FolioRush provides profile design and hosting services. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, sales, followers, sponsorships, bookings, income, or any other outcome from using a profile. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FolioRush is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of the service.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
